RV Living
Yesterday we left at 2:30pm and drove 10 hours straight to Disney Land. The kids fell asleep on the way and woke up this morning excited to see Disney from the RV window. We all miss traveling around and living in the RV.

Views
I can't get over the views. This is standing on the front porch this morning. Yesterday about 25 people from church came over to unload the uhaul. Everything went in the garage until after renovations so it only took 45 minutes.

Made it to Utah!
We arrived today at our new house at 1 pm. I drove 900 miles yesterday! We arrived to a nice message on our driveway from our friends the Stapps: "Welcome Home Norton's. MI will miss you"

Worse Dad Ever!
OMG! I am such a bad daddy! Today we stopped at Taco Bell in Minooka Illinois on our way from Michigan to Utah. AnnMarie was already back in the RV and I accidentally left with the other kids while Gracie was still in the bathroom. About 30 miles down the freeway, 3 cops pull me over. You would have thought I robbed a bank!
"Sir are you missing any kids?" Quick head count..."GRACIE!"
So we headed back to Taco Bell, escorted by the police. In a sheer panic thinking the whole time how traumatized she must be.
When we got there we rush in to find Gracie with 2 police officers, some workers and a few concerned citizens. There was Gracie laughing and joking and telling stories. She had a Mountain Dew freeze (caffeine), cinnamon twists (sugar) and a bag of toys (a nice lady ran across the street and bought for her). She didn't seem the least bit affected. As we loaded back up in the RV, Jarod said, "I wish I could get forgotten..."
Needless to say, I will never forget exit 122 on the I-80 in Minooka, IL...

Saying Goodbye
Went to church one last time in Lapeer before we leave tomorrow. Doug's family came to see us and say good bye. Will sure miss them!

Water baby
Will loves the water just like his siblings. Went boating and swimming one last time in Lake Orion before we leave MI.
Passing of Grandpa John
My 90+ year old Grandpa passed away. I am so glad we were able to visit him recently in Arizona on our RV trip. His health has been poor since I was a kid and he is a real fighter. My grandma has taken care of him and been by his side all these years. May he rest in peace...

Scout Camp
Jarod has been at scout camp this week. Tonight I went up to visit and see how he was doing. He's having a lot of fun with his troop and is trying to get 9 merit badges, which is awesome!
